INTRO

Classes aimed at people who have never practice martial arts. Their curriculum includes elements of self-defense and learning the basic positions and levers used in combat. People who complete these classes (after about 3 months) move to the intermediate group.

BJJ

INTERMEDIATE GROUP

Classes aimed at people with basic experience in BJJ (white stripes 1-4 bars). Their program includes basic combat strategies and technical variations to start the most important part of training, which is SPARRING. Persons who complete this program (12-24 months) receive a blue belt and progress to the advanced group.

ADVANCED GROUP

Classes aimed at people who have a blue, purple, brown or black belt. Their program includes advanced techniques and sparring.
