BJJ KIDS
6-9 years
Only in this group we devote 80% of our time to general development exercises and 20% of our time to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Thanks to this, our juniors are perfectly prepared to practice various sports.

10-14 years
Only in this group we devote 50% of our time to general development exercises and 50% of our time to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Thanks to this, our juniors are perfectly prepared to take part in sports tournaments.
